Power Packs Project

The "Power Packs Project" is supported by the Lancaster County Council of Churches to provide food and nutritional information to families who may not be able to feed their children over weekends. This year St. James will provide this service for families at Carter & MacRae and Hamilton Elementary School. Volunteers are needed who can lift 15-20 pounds and have a car to deliver food from the distribution site to the school. Hours are from 2:00-4:00 PM on a Thursday afternoon once a month. The program runs from the first week in October through the school year.
